Shipping policy

Rug Shipping & Returns:

We ship anywhere in the continental United States & Canada! International shipping is available to select locations. We can provide you with a quote before purchase if you message us with your shipping address.

*Rugs are taking 2 weeks to ship out after purchase. Thank you for your patience.

To ensure you're getting the best possible product, we make our rugs to order. That means that when you place an order that rug will be made just for you, and not pulled from a storehouse. This method of production takes time and we ask that you allow up to two weeks from the day you place your order to the day it ships.

Returns:

We handle rug returns on a case-by-case basis. However, customers wanting to return a rug can expect to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The remaining 85% of the value of the rug will then be refunded to the customer. Please make sure to measure your area and double-check your purchase at checkout to avoid any hassle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your rug purchase. Please contact us with any concerns you have with your purchase and we will make it right!

Furniture Orders:

Furniture orders ship from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Most of the furniture available to purchase is custom ordered and is FINAL SALE. No refunds will be given on customized furniture. All other furniture may be exchanged or refunded on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs cannot be refunded on furniture orders. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom furniture orders to ship. 

Wool Throws & Pillows Shipping & Returns: 

Lead times for shipping are 2-3 weeks. All products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials but not against normal wear and tear. All returns must be made within 30 days of initial shipment, return shipping costs are not included. Contact hello@timbercreekmercantile.com for return shipment instructions.

Gift Box Shipping & Returns:

Please allow at least one week for delivery.  Most of our curated gifts are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at hello@timbercreekmercantile.com and we will try our best to make it happen! 

We ship gift boxes via USPS or UPS.  Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the weight of your gift(s). Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

Returns

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@timbercreekmercantile.com.


Replacement Items

We only replace gift box items if they are defective or damaged. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@timbercreekmercantile.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Bedding Ensembles Shipping & Returns:

shipping lead times on most bedding sets/ensembles are averaging 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order and we'd be glad to help! hello@timbercreekmercantile.com

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order on bedding items. To obtain a full refund, items returned must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective/damaged, in which case we will of course cover it!). 

Original shipping charges are refundable only if a product has been misrepresented, mis-shipped, or is defective in materials or workmanship.

Exchanges

For the sake of speed and simplicity, we do not do traditional “exchanges.” Rather, we invite you to return any bedding product you wish and ask that you place a new order for the product(s) you’d like to have in exchange. You have the choice to place your exchange order right away (cross-ship) or wait until your return reaches us (non-cross ship).

All credits will be issued to the original method of payment.

Wall Art, Canvas & Print Shipping & Returns

All rolled canvas prints are shipped for an affordable flat-rate. All David Frederick Riley prints, framed and unframed, are shipping FREE for a limited time. All sales on wall art, wood signs, canvas prints, framed prints, and paper prints framed & unframed are final unless damaged in shipment. Please contact us right away if you receive a damaged print or wooden art product and we will replace the item. All print and sign orders are custom ordered per customer and cannot be returned.

All other gifts & home goods Shipping & Returns:

Returns
